HERBAL REMEDIES OF MIGRAINE



Migraine is a persistent headache that is often localised to one side of the head. 

SYMPTOMS 
1. Loss of sensation in the limbs. 
2. Persistent headache for hours or days. 
3. Vomiting and nausea. 
4. Nasal irritation and peculiar smell 

PREVENTION 

1. Avoid the intakes of some foods that your body does not want most especially if your headache follows the consumption of a particular kind of food. 
2. You should avoid alcoholic drinks especially at night. 
3. Also avoid taking a heavy meal at night. If you cannot have your super before 7.30pm, just forget it. 

HERBAL TREATMENT 

Endeavour to drink 3 to 4 cups of water on an empty stomach in the morning, and then before retiring at night. Avoid drinking water during meals, or at least take as little as possible. 

 FORMULA ONE Materials: Fertility plant – Igbo (Ogirishi); Yoruba (Akoko); Esan (Uhkimi). 
Recipe: Fill a medium sized pot with the fresh bark. Add water and bring to boil. Allow it to stand for 12hours. 

How to Use: Use the preparation to wash your face and head every morning and night. Drink ½ a glass twice daily for 6days. 

 FORMULA TWO Materials: A. 5 bulbs of garlic B. 5 bulbs of onions C. 2 bottles of water Recipe: Boil A and B in Cs 

How to Use: Use the solution to wash face and head and drink ½ glass on an empty stomach every morning.
