Love To Get Stronger? Eat Some Fruits


Do you know that Snacking on fruits makes you strong? 


Part of a healthy diet is snacking on fruits. Fruits can really help make your bones and muscles stronger. 


Fruits for healthy bones include avocados and tomatoes.


Fruits rich in magnesium helps your body absorb calcium. These include bananas, most berries (black, blue and strawberries), grapefruits, and even watermelon.


Vitamin C can help you retain muscle mass. I don’t think I have to remind you that fruits are just loaded with C!


Most importantly, the World Health Organizations (WHO) recommends that we consume 8 different kinds of fruits and vegetables daily to build a very strong immune system. This is actually the standard.


So take some fruits alongside all you eat today.
