Piles, also known as haemorrhoids occur when varicose veins form around the anus. When these veins are formed outside the anal sphincter, they are known as external haemorrhoids. On the other hand, when they are formed inside the anal sphincter, they are called internal haemorrhoids.
TREATMENTS
Avoid refined and sugary foods such as biscuits, ice creams and soft drinks.
Drink up to four cups of water on an empty stomach every morning
FORMULA ONE
Materials:- 2 Irish potatoes.
Recipe:- Boil the 2 potatoes for 10 minutes.
Dosage:- Eat the ½ boiled potatoes, peels inclusive.
Do this every night for 5 days.
FORMULA TWO
Materials:- A. Neem Tree or Dogoyaro plant
B. 8 Bottles of water.
Recipe:- Squeeze some quantity of the leaves in B.
Dosage:- 1 Glassful twice daily.
