HYPERTENSION AND HOW YOU CAN AVOID IT...

It is extremely important for me to emphasize the saying that goes thus, ‘Tobacco Smokers are liable to die young’. This is never a mere saying at all since various researches have shown that smoking causes an increase in the blood pressure. And this is why smokers should be discouraged from smoking at all cost.

There is a certain pressure in the arteries the blood must maintain to properly circulate to all tissues. As a result, if the pressure the blood exerts on the blood vessels is consistently and abnormally high (where the maximum pressure is exceeding 140 mm Hg), it is called hypertension otherwise known as Systolic, and if it consistently and abnormally low (where the minimum pressure is exceeding 90 mm Hg), it is called hypo-tension otherwise known as Diastolic.

It is unfortunate that hypertension does not produce any form of symptoms but what it does is that, it slowly deteriorates the arteries and various organs. However, it has also be discovered that, there are two classes of Hypertension, the essential hypertension that just occurs with no cause apparently and the secondary hypertension that is caused by an underlying disease like the diabetes.

It is also important to state it here, that the human blood pressure varies entirely during the course of the day in that the pressure goes up during physical exercise or when the brain is being task to perform a specific function or when you as a person is extremely worried while the human blood pressure is at its lowest during sleeping time or activity.

DIETS FOR HYPERTENSION
Sincerely, diets can play a very important role in the maintenance of blood pressure within healthy limits. Therefore, as more fruits and vegetables are being consumed, it is certain that the risk of hypertension is low. As a result, to prevent or treat hypertension, it is important to increase the consumption of Fruits like mangos due to its richness in potassium and low in sodium, leafy green vegetables, garlic, pear, grapefruit, onions, ginger. Ginger, due to the presence of gingerol which is an antiplatelet chemical that prevent the formation of thromboxane - a substance causing blood platelets to aggregate which leads to blood clots leading to hypertension, calcium, legumes, coconut water.

Herbal Remedy
A potent way to cure Hypertension is the preparation of Mistletoe plant. Mistletoe is a plant that grows and feeds on other plants instead of it growing from the soil. It’s a parasitic plant in nature as its roots sink into the branches and trunks of other plants. Plants like Guava, Cocoa, Kolanut have Mistletoe growing on them and they produce the most potent of Mistletoes. It is potent because it not only lowers blood sugar, it also helps to repair the pancreas and other diseased organs in the body.

On how to prepare Mistletoe, send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE to tomiwade@gmail.com or send your inquiries to 2348036425536, text message and I’ll give you a low down on how to go about the preparation.
